How do I get access to the customer portal?
Click Customer Login at the top right of any page on our website (look for the 🔒 lock icon), or use the button on this page. Then click “New User? Register Here” at the bottom of the login screen and enter the email address you provided at signup. Set your password and you’re in. If you’ve never received service from us, contact us first to get your account set up.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within minutes. Reset links expire after 24 hours for security. Still having trouble? Text us at (941) 257-3033 and we’ll help directly.
What can I see in the portal?
Your complete service history including: every weekly visit with date and technician name, before-and-after photos, full chemistry readings (FC, TC, pH, TA, CYA, CH, salt), exact chemicals and dosages added, equipment notes, technician observations, all open and past invoices, and payment history. Everything is searchable by date.
Can I pay my invoice through the portal?
Yes. Open any invoice in the portal and you’ll see a secure payment button. We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers. Payments process instantly and a receipt is emailed automatically. No card-on-file is required for one-time invoice payments.
Can I set up Auto-Pay?
Yes — but Auto-Pay (Auto-Charge) setup is handled by our office to ensure your payment method is securely tokenized. Contact us at (941) 257-3033 and we’ll get Auto-Pay enabled on your account, typically within one business day. You can update or pause Auto-Pay any time by texting us.
How quickly do service reports appear in the portal?
Reports typically appear within 2-4 hours after your scheduled service visit. Photos, chemistry readings, and chemicals added are uploaded directly from the field by your technician. If you don’t see a report by the next morning, text us — there may be a sync issue we can resolve quickly.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal uses encrypted SSL/TLS connections, password-protected accounts, and tokenized payment processing through PoolBrain’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. Pool Armor Pros never sees or stores your full credit card or bank account numbers — that data is held by our payment processor (PoolBrain merchant services) under bank-grade security.
Can I share portal access with a spouse or property manager?
Currently, each portal account is tied to one email address. If you’d like a second person to receive service notifications and invoice copies, we can add their email as a CC contact on your account — they’ll get the same automated reports without needing a separate login. Just text us with the email to add.
What if I’m not getting email notifications?
First, check your spam/junk folder — service reports come from [email protected] and sometimes get filtered. Add that address to your contacts to ensure delivery. If reports still aren’t coming through, text us and we’ll verify your email address on file is correct and notifications are enabled on your account.
