Information collected automatically
When you use our website, our hosting, security, analytics, and cookie-management providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- browser, device, operating-system, and screen information;
- pages viewed, referring pages, links selected, and visit timestamps;

4. SMS and Telephone Communications
When a form includes an optional marketing-text consent field, selecting it authorizes marketing messages as described in the accompanying disclosure. Leaving it unselected does not prevent you from requesting or purchasing service.
Service-related communications
We may call or text regarding a quote you requested, appointments, arrival or access issues, completed service, invoices, payments, account activity, weather or route changes, safety concerns, and other communications related to an existing request or customer relationship.
Marketing communications
We send marketing text messages only when permitted by applicable law and when the required consent has been obtained. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (941) 257-3033 or [email protected]. We may send a final confirmation that your opt-out was processed.
Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically stop necessary non-marketing communications about an active quote, appointment, service, invoice, payment, or account. Tell us directly if you need communication accommodations.
5. Email Communications
We may send transactional or relationship emails about quotes, QuoteIQ estimates and approval links, appointments, scheduling information, service reports, invoices, payment links, receipts, PoolBrain account access, customer support, policy changes, and ongoing services.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. You may also request removal from marketing email by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service-related email.
6. Pool-Service Portal, QuoteIQ, and Service Records
PoolBrain for recurring pool-service clients
PoolBrain is used primarily for recurring pool-service customer accounts. Depending on the account configuration and records entered, PoolBrain may contain customer contact information, service addresses, visit history, pool or qualifying spa chemistry readings, chemicals added, service photos, technician notes, invoices, payment status, and other pool-service account information.
Access to the PoolBrain customer portal is intended for recurring pool-service clients. A qualifying spa connected to the same pool-service account may also appear in that account. PoolBrain operates under its own terms and privacy practices, and available record fields depend on account configuration.
Pool-service clients may access the portal at poolarmorpros.poolbrain.com.
QuoteIQ for secondary services
QuoteIQ is used for estimates, approvals, scheduling information, invoices, and applicable payment links for secondary services such as pressure washing, paver sealing, roof sealing, polyaspartic flooring, and other qualifying project-based services.
Customers who request or proceed with a secondary service may receive secure QuoteIQ links and related project communications by email. A separate QuoteIQ customer-portal login is not generally required; customers use the secure links sent for the applicable estimate, approval, invoice, or payment action.
Service and project records
Records maintained in PoolBrain, QuoteIQ, payment systems, email, or related business systems may include contact details, property information, measurements, photographs, estimates, approvals, scheduling notes, service documentation, invoices, transaction status, and communications connected to the requested work.

Florida residents
Florida law includes requirements concerning protection of certain personal information and notice following qualifying security breaches. We will provide legally required notices when applicable.
Marketing telephone and text-message practices are subject to applicable federal and Florida requirements. Consent, exemptions, time restrictions, frequency restrictions, identification, opt-out, and recordkeeping obligations depend on the type of communication and the surrounding facts.

Some state privacy laws apply only to businesses meeting specified revenue, data-volume, or business-model thresholds. To the extent a law applies to Pool Armor Pros or requires a specific disclosure or consumer right, we will honor that requirement.
Pool Armor Pros does not sell personal information and does not knowingly use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
