Sanibel is accessible only by the Sanibel Causeway from Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Round-trip causeway access plus the drive from our Cape Coral base adds 60-90 minutes of travel time per visit compared to mainland jobs. The $20 Zone 5 surcharge applies to weekly pool and spa service to cover causeway tolls, fuel, and the premium service level island clients expect. Exterior cleaning, paver sealing, concrete sealing, roof sealing, epoxy floors, and storm services are billed at Cape Coral base rates with no zone surcharge. Bundling 3+ services in one visit saves 15% when booked together.
How much does pressure washing cost on Sanibel?
Sanibel pressure washing starts at $119 minimum (vinyl fence). Concrete driveway cleaning from $125, paver driveway from $135, single-story house soft washing from $239, pool cage cleaning from $195, fence washing from $119 (vinyl) or $149 (wood), and roof washing from $375. Lanai drain cleaning is also available — $135 base for up to 30 LF, $230 with Deck Drain Janitor cap install, $95 each additional cap. Island epoxy flake floor coatings come in three UV-stable polyaspartic tiers: Good — Resinwerks EPX-F Standard at $7.95/sq ft (garages and protected or light-duty areas, 7–10 yr), Better — Resinwerks EPX-F Premium at $9.95/sq ft (most popular, great for lanais and covered pool surrounds, 10–15 yr), and Best — Resinwerks KTX-F Premium at $12.50/sq ft (maximum durability, our top recommendation for any direct Gulf exposure like pool decks, driveways, and uncovered slabs, 12–20 yr).
