How to become a customer and what to expect on day one.

How do I become a Pool Armor Pros customer?
Call or text us at (941) 257-3033, or submit a quote request on our contact page. We’ll respond within 24 hours with pricing and scheduling options. No paperwork to start — once you approve the quote, we add you to the schedule and start service on the agreed-upon date.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free with no obligation. We provide written, itemized quotes within 24 hours of your request. No hidden fees. No surprise charges after the job starts. What we quote is what you pay.
What areas do you serve?
All of Southwest Florida: Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Sanibel, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and North Port. Based in Cape Coral. Weekly pool service uses simple zone-based pricing for cities beyond Cape Coral, and outer-island accounts (Sanibel & Captiva) include a small travel adjustment for the causeway. One-time exterior services are quoted per project.
How quickly can you start service?
Most weekly pool service customers start within 3–7 days of quote approval. Green-to-clean emergencies and storm cleanups are prioritized — often within 24–72 hours. One-time projects (pressure washing, paver sealing, roof sealing) are typically scheduled 1–2 weeks out depending on season.

Licensing, insurance, and what makes us different.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Pool Armor Pros is a licensed Florida business, fully insured with general liability and property damage coverage. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are provided on request for commercial and HOA clients, with the option to name your management company or association as additionally insured.
Are you a local company?
Yes — Pool Armor Pros is based in Cape Coral, Florida. The owner lives and operates from Cape Coral. We’re not a franchise or national chain making the drive from another market. Our crew knows the neighborhoods, canal systems, HOA communities, and conditions of SWFL firsthand. When you call us, you’re calling a local business.
Do you provide COI and W-9 for HOAs and commercial accounts?
Yes. Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9 are provided on request for every commercial, HOA, condo, and property management client. COI can name your management company or HOA as additionally insured. Net-30 payment terms available for commercial accounts. See our Commercial & HOA page for more details.
What is your service guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied with any visit, contact us within 7 days and we’ll return to correct the issue at no cost. Weekly pool service includes a 30-day cleaning guarantee. One-time services (pressure washing, etc.) include a 30-day re-wash guarantee for missed spots. Paver sealing and roof sealing carry a 2-year workmanship guarantee.

📅 Scheduling & Service

How visits work, timing, and what to expect on service day.

Do I need to be home during service?
No. We just need access to your pool, water spigot, or work area, and safe parking for our vehicle. Weekly pool service clients receive digital photo reports after every visit uploaded to your customer portal — so you see the work whether you’re home, at work, or up north for the summer.
Can I pause my weekly pool service when I go up north for summer?
Yes. Many of our clients are seasonal residents. We offer a pause option for 4–6 months per year at no cancellation fee. We do recommend keeping minimum service running during your absence to prevent algae, chemistry drift, and equipment issues (the neglected-pool repair bill is often higher than the pause savings). Reach out 2 weeks before your departure to set up the schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel weekly service at any time with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fee. Prepaid months beyond the cancellation date are refunded on a prorated basis. One-time services like pressure washing can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit with no charge.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
We schedule 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Commercial clients can request early-morning (before 8am) or overnight service to avoid business hours. Weekend scheduling for residential is available on a case-by-case basis depending on route and season.
What happens if there’s a hurricane?
Existing weekly pool service clients receive first priority post-storm response, typically within 48–72 hours of safe access. Pre-storm prep visits are available before named storms to secure equipment and protect pools. Post-storm cleanup packages range from $255 (Basic Storm) up to $1,690+ (Complete Drain). Do you handle pool equipment repairs?
We handle routine equipment inspection, salt cell cleaning, filter maintenance, and minor adjustments as part of weekly service. We do not perform major repairs (pump replacements, heater repairs, plumbing work). When we identify equipment issues, we document them in your portal report and recommend trusted local repair professionals.

💳 Payment & Billing

How we bill, what we accept, and how to save.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and check. Commercial accounts can pay by ACH or check on Net-30 terms. All invoicing is handled through QuoteIQ or PoolBrain with digital approval and secure encrypted payment.
Do you offer prepay discounts?
Yes. Weekly pool service customers can prepay and save:

3-month prepay — 5% off
6-month prepay — 8% off
12-month prepay — 12% off (includes priority scheduling)

Prepay discounts apply to pool service only and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts (such as bundle discounts or new customer specials).
Can I bundle services and save money?
Yes. Book 3 or more services in the same visit and save 15% on the combined total. Popular bundles:

When do I get billed?
Weekly pool service is billed monthly in advance (first of the month). One-time services are billed upon completion. Commercial accounts on Net-30 receive monthly invoices with 30-day payment terms. All invoices delivered via QuoteIQ or PoolBrain, with digital payment links.
Do you offer Net-30 for commercial accounts?
Yes. Commercial, HOA, condo, and property management accounts qualify for Net-30 payment terms after the first successful invoice cycle. Monthly invoicing with consolidated reporting available for multi-property portfolios. Request commercial terms on your proposal submission.

📱 Customer Portal & Communication

How we keep you informed and what you’ll receive after every visit.

How do I access my customer portal?
Customer portal access is set up automatically after your first service visit. The top right corner of our website has a link to the customer portal. Click the customer portal, then click customer login, then click “New User? Register Here” at the bottom, and enter the email you provided at signup. The portal shows digital reports from every visit including photos, chemistry readings (for pool clients), invoices, and upcoming scheduled visits. Will I get photo reports after each visit?
Yes. Weekly pool service, recurring commercial contracts, and multi-visit service projects (green-to-clean, storm cleanup) all include photo documentation uploaded to your customer portal. One-time services (single pressure washing, paver sealing) include before-and-after photos delivered with your invoice.
Do you text customers? How can I opt out?
Yes, we use text messaging for appointment reminders, quote delivery, and service updates through QuoteIQ and PoolBrain. Messages are only sent to clients who provided their phone number and consented during onboarding. Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Text messages are not sent before 8am or after 9pm local time, in compliance with Florida telephone consumer protection law.
How do I reach my technician directly?
Call or text (941) 257-3033 — that’s the owner’s direct number. Not a call center, not a scheduler. Messages during business hours (8am–5pm) usually get a response within 1–2 hours. After-hours messages get a response the next morning.

Do you do commercial and HOA work?
Yes. We service HOAs, condos, apartment communities, restaurants, gas stations, drive-thrus, storefronts, office buildings, and commercial properties across SWFL. Specialty services include dumpster pad degreasing, drive-thru cleaning, and commercial soft washing. COI and W-9 provided. Net-30 invoicing available. Recurring contracts save 15–25%. Do you service commercial pools?
Pool service is currently residential only. We provide exterior cleaning for community pools (pool decks, cages, and surrounding areas) as part of commercial and HOA contracts. For the pool water itself, we focus on residential accounts where we can deliver the communication and responsiveness our clients expect.
How do I refer a friend?
Fill out the form on our referrals page. When your friend signs up for weekly pool service, you get $15 off your next month and they save 50% on their first month. Unlimited referrals — no cap. Refer 3 friends = $45 off. Refer 10 = $150 off. Credits applied automatically to your next invoice.
