Are standard pool chemicals included?
Yes. Standard chemicals used for routine weekly balancing are included within normal service requirements. Specialty treatments, excessive chemical demand, green-pool recovery, stain treatment, phosphate removal, partial drains, and other corrective services may be quoted separately.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We service residential saltwater and traditional chlorine pools. Salt-cell cleaning is included at scheduled intervals in qualifying plans and can otherwise be quoted separately.
Can you clean a pool that is already green?

Do you provide hurricane and storm pool cleanup?
Yes. Storm pool clean-outs can include debris removal, chemistry recovery, filter care, and other cleanup based on the pool’s condition after the weather event.
Do you perform major pool-equipment repairs?
No. We focus on maintenance, cleaning, recovery services, and selected small service items. We document visible equipment concerns and recommend a qualified repair provider when major repair work is required.
How do service-zone charges work?
Cape Coral is the base recurring-service zone. Each additional service zone adds $10 per month to the selected weekly pool or standalone spa plan to account for drive time, fuel, vehicle expense, and route efficiency.
How are add-on services charged?
Add-ons are charged at the listed per-service rate when completed during the regular weekly visit. If a separate trip is required, the $95 call-out rate is added once to that visit. Filter cleaning and salt-cell cleaning are $65 per occurrence and are generally recommended quarterly when applicable.
