The exact all-in price depends on roof size, condition, and porosity, which we measure during your free on-site assessment.
Free on-site assessment includes a measured roof, condition report, and itemized quote within 24 hours. Steep or complex pitch may add $100–$200. Optional color-enhancement upgrade available for $245.
