Referral Program Terms
- Credit applied after your friend signs up — credit is applied to your next invoice after your referral signs up for weekly pool service and is billed for their first month.
- Friend must be a new customer — existing customers, past customers within 90 days, or people living at a currently-serviced address don’t qualify.
- Weekly pool service only — referral credit is for weekly pool service signups. One-time services (pressure washing, paver sealing, etc.) aren’t eligible, but we might roll those into the program in the future.
- No limit on referrals — refer as many people as you want. Each successful referral = $15 credit. Refer 10 friends = $150 off.
- Credits don’t expire — unused credits roll forward month-to-month as long as you’re an active weekly pool service customer.
- Non-transferable — credits stay with your account only.
- Fair use expected — this program is for genuine referrals from happy customers. We reserve the right to deny credits for abuse (fake referrals, sign-up-and-cancel schemes, etc.).
