All tiers include salt system chemistry, skimming, filter maintenance, and digital reports. Do you service Captiva as well as Sanibel?
Yes. Captiva is connected to Sanibel via the Blind Pass Bridge and is covered under the same service zone. Why is the zone surcharge higher for Sanibel?
Sanibel is accessible only by the Sanibel Causeway from Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Round-trip causeway access plus the drive from our Cape Coral base adds 60-90 minutes of travel time per visit compared to mainland jobs. The $55 surcharge applies to weekly pool service to cover causeway tolls, fuel, and the premium service level island clients expect. Exterior cleaning, sealing, and storm services are billed at Cape Coral base rates with no zone surcharge. Bundling 3+ services in one visit saves 15% on combined labor.
How much does pressure washing cost on Sanibel?
Sanibel pressure washing starts at $115 minimum (vinyl fence). Concrete driveway from $125, paver driveway from $150, single-story house soft wash from $275, pool cage from $195, fence from $115, roof washing from $445 shingle / $475 tile. Exterior services are billed at Cape Coral base rates with no zone surcharge. Yes — this is one of our most requested services on the island. Sanibel building codes require tile roofs for hurricane resistance, making roof sealing critical for island homes.
