Trash Can Sanitation Disclaimer
This Disclaimer applies to all trash can sanitation services performed by Pool Armor Pros in Southwest Florida.
1) Scope of Service
Our trash can sanitation service uses water and cleaning solutions to rinse, wash, and deodorize customer-provided bins. The goal is to reduce odors, bacteria, and residue, but results will vary based on the condition and age of the bin.
2) Pre-Existing Conditions
- Older bins may have permanent staining, etching, UV damage, or absorbed odors that cannot be fully removed.
- Cracked, warped, or damaged bins may not be fully cleanable, and additional damage may occur during normal handling.
3) Odors & Bacteria
- We cannot guarantee complete elimination of all odors, bacteria, or insects in or around the bin.
- Future odors may return depending on what is placed in the bin, how often it is used, and environmental conditions.
4) Maggots, Insects & Biohazards
- Heavily contaminated bins with maggots, animal waste, or biohazard materials may require extra time, additional treatments, or surcharges.
- We reserve the right to decline service where conditions pose an unreasonable health or safety risk.
5) Water Usage
Trash can sanitation relies on your on-site water supply and drainage area. By using this service, you agree that we may use your water and that any related water/sewer charges are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
6) Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure bins are curbside or in the designated location at the agreed time.
- Inform us of any leaks in the bin or drainage concerns prior to service.
- Do not place hazardous or flammable materials in the bin before service.
7) Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By engaging Pool Armor Pros for trash can sanitation, you acknowledge that results vary by bin condition and usage. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
